Building eligibility requirement and primary filters
For the purpose of obtaining a representative data set and fair benchmarking among similar facilities, primary filters are applied for the four building groups, namely commercial office buildings in Singapore and Malaysia, hotels in Singapore and industrial flatted factories in Singapore. The lists of primary filters are shown below. For buildings that cannot meet these requirements, meaningful or accurate benchmarking results may not be obtained.
