Development of a comprehensive database for building energy performance benchmarking in the ASEAN region
Tasks
There are 4 key tasks and actions for this project and they are as follows:
| Task 1: |
The first task is to design sample frame and to identify building for data collection. Important parameters would be investigated to ensure benchmarking parameter used is reliable, and facilitate comparison between buildings. Limitations would be documented and investigated; |
| Task 2: |
The second task is to conduct field data collection from building owners and select measurements for verification. Questionnaire survey and energy bill analysis will be made; |
| Task 3: |
Development of benchmarking curves and the construction of web-based benchmarking system will be the third task; |
| Task 4: |
Documentation of methodology, launching of websites and conducting of workshop to disseminate the information and training for benchmarking, and the preparation of final report will be the last task. |
